Terms of service
By buying my designs/adopts or commissioning me you automatically agree to my T.O.S.
General
❥ Payment must be made in the agreed amount of time. Backing out or ghosting will result in being blacklisted and banned from further auctions/commissions/sales.
❥ Failure to pay for a design in the agreed amount of time will result in the design going up for sale again and blacklisting you.
❥ Refunds will be given if the commission has not been started yet. If I have already started, a partial refund will be given based on how far along the project is.
❥ You may ask for me to issue you a refund if at least 1 month has passed since the payment has been made.
❥ I reserve the right to refuse a commission or to issue you a refund if I am of the opinion that I will not be able to finish your commission.
Adopts, Designs, and Customs
❥ After buying the design and receiving the unwatermarked reference, refunds will not be given.
❥ If you obtain a design/character from me you may change the design to your liking unless otherwise specified.
❥ If you change the design you are still required to credit me as the original designer.
❥ You are allowed to sell the design for the original price you paid. If you commissioned art for the characters you can add that price to the sum total.
